International Shipping Rates - FedEx and US Postal Service
Our International shipping rates vary with each order. We calculate the actual cost of shipping by packaging up the goods and getting the cost of shipping from FedEx. We then charge that amount, rounded up to the next dollar, and ship the order. The customer is ultimately responsible for any duties or customs fees incurred and must pay them upon receipt of the shipment. These fees are different for each individual country and we are unable to calculate this additional cost. At the time of placing your order you can ask for a shipping quote prior to your order being processed or ask us to simply ship the merchandise. Our shipping department does their very best to keep the costs as low as possible for all orders, including international shipments.
We recommend choosing FedEx International for your shipment as this method offers the ability to track the shipment from our door to yours. There is sometimes a savings by going with US Postal Service, but this also includes additional shipping time and no tracking ability.
Domestic Shipping Rules
Orders are shipped via UPS, USPS and FedEx. Most orders ship within 1 business day of your payment being received. Item may be shipped by several locations, so please expect multiple packages.
